"I came to The Madison for rehab, having broken my bone and rib. The rehab team was excellent and pushed me to my limits and beyond. I like that! CNAs and other staff were excellent. I'm pleased that Fort Madison has a facility like The Madison, as they have served me well. Food is fine. I would give a 5-star rating and recommend The Madison for others."
